State Tech is pleased to accommodate group visit requests. While we try to honor all requests, visits are available on a limited capacity. 

  • Cancellation of visits must occur at least 48 hours in advance. 
  • Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled activity.  This extra time will allow the bus to park and students to utilize the restroom facilities.  
  • One chaperone is required for every 20 students.
  • It is the responsibility of the chaperones to attend all sessions with the group.
  • It is the responsibility of the coordinator requesting the visit to be present for the visit or provide, in advance, appropriate contact information.
  • Final updates on number of guest (students and chaperones) must be provided 48 hours before the tour, so the dining hall can have adequate notice on meals.
  • Any changes or requests must be communicated no later the 48 hours before the visit. No deviations can be made on the day of the visit due to schedule constraints.
